About Us
At Samson Brook South, we craft small-batch Western Australian gin that tells the story of our farm and the land around us.
Unlike many distilleries, we produce our own alcohol base onsite at the farm, giving us complete control from the ground up. This farm-to-bottle approach ensures every bottle of our gin is authentic, full of character, and proudly WA-made.
Our Gins
Mandarin Gin – Bright, zesty, and refreshing, distilled with farm-grown imperial mandarins
Fig Gin – Smooth, rich, and slightly sweet, celebrating the bold flavour of our three varieties of farm figs.
It's our promise to you that every bottle of Samson Brook South gin is made with care, combining world-class botanicals and fresh fruit from our very own orchard. From distilling our alcohol base onsite to bottling the finished gin, we keep the process hands-on and true to our vision of crafting genuine Western Australian spirits.
